Term Of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the App.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services in any way that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on any third party’s rights
• Is abusive, harassing, or threatening
• Involves fraudulent activity
• Attempts to reverse-engineer the App

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases that provide additional features or content. All in-app purchases are subject to the App Store's payment terms. We do not control or manage the payment process. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or App Store policy.

6. Subscription Terms

Some Services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

7. Privacy

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.

14. Modifications

We may modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Your Country/State, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Your City/State.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Organization, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

18. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

19. Severability

20. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
